Can you ship my order on the day that I place it?
Most orders placed by 2 pm local time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm local time will be processed the next business day.

Who are your primary shipping companies?
FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service are utilized for parcel shipments.  We utilize numerous national/regional freight carriers.

From where will my order ship?
We have 2 strategically located distribution facilities (Knoxville, TN and San Diego, CA).

Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with order tracking information.
